If you want to exchange so you can keep being seen and “Stick Out Like You Know What“ in a different product, we should be able to sort that for you too !
You will have to pay a small fee of $15.00 so an exchange parcel can be sent to you.

a) all requests for refunds and exchanges are to be received within 60 days of when you received the goods;
b) we cannot exchange or refund items that have been worn or damaged - unless the goods are faulty; and
c) funds will be returned to the account from which payment was received.
For our Australian customers, your rights under our refund & exchange policy are in addition to the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
